District Manager Support
When you may have a need for consistent support and expertise for your programs but want to maintain your own On-Site Manager and Staff, Heritage Healthcare Services can provide regular review and evaluation to support your programs. Through our “District Manager” program, Heritage provides weekly, bi-weekly or monthly supervision. Your Heritage District Manager will create and install your customized programs and manage them to consistent results. Heritage will manage quality, compliance and cost effectiveness by working with and educating your existing team, and we will provide regular written feedback.
