  • District Managers visit each of their facilities regularly and provide customized inspection reports.
  • Our Company Ownership visits each of our partner facilities quarterly to ensure consistent standards.  You will have the cell phone number of the Owner of Heritage Healthcare.
  • Detailed client surveys allow for comprehensive written feedback at regular intervals.  We request feedback from multiple departments, where possible.
