July 2019

In July of 2019, 4M Building Solutions acquired Heritage Healthcare. Brian Hainse, President of Heritage, stated, “Everyone at Heritage is really looking forward to being part of the 4M team and family.  We know the Heritage tradition and legacy of providing quality services with honesty and integrity will continue in an even bigger way with our common cultures.  4M’s industry leading expertise and unequalled depth and resources will allow our continued growth and success leading the healthcare housekeeping and laundry services market.”

Heritage will operate as a division of 4M Building Solutions, keeping the Heritage name and building upon the outstanding brand and reputation they have earned in the healthcare housekeeping and laundry services industry.

December 2014: Heritage Celebrates Its 25th Anniversary!

In 1989, the Hainse family launched Heritage housekeeping and laundry services to healthcare facilities in the Northeast in response to witnessing their own grandmother’s long-term care situation. As we commemorate Heritage’s 25th anniversary, our dedicated staff recommits its efforts to raise environmental standards at senior care facilities and hospitals up and down the East coast from Maine to Florida. We do so with the ongoing belief that every senior care resident, and every hospital-based patient, deserves the highest level of care. With this commitment in mind, we hold to the notion that a clinically clean facility contributes in large measure to the overall well-being of all those who enter. Today more than ever, we find that our clients genuinely appreciate the Heritage approach to service.
